Shipping Policy

We offer reliable shipping services across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Delivery time usually ranges between 2–5 working days, depending on location.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number is shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • We use reputable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and PostEx.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders nationwide. For on-site services, delivery and service availability is limited to a 10–15 KM radius of DHA Phase 8 and Hafeez Center.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Any item found damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
